Hunter Paramore

2025 – Present

• Design and build custom AI-powered web and mobile tools for small businesses across field operations, intake, scheduling, reporting, client management, and payments. A typical tool replaces four to six SaaS subscriptions and ships in weeks.
• The Tree Service: Built a field-operations tool used daily on iPads for safety checklists, pre-trip inspections, fuel and receipt capture, and fleet maintenance; retired four subscriptions.
• Utah Valley Bride: Replaced a spreadsheet and manual email loop with a submissions and workflow portal spanning 138 vendor submissions; deployed August 2026.
• GolfSheds: Lead fractional digital product management across an AI knowledge base, request system, handbook and checklist framework, department dashboards, and JobTread API integration.
• Brand and identity: Delivered the Paramore Real Estate rebrand, signage, and two website rebuilds, plus the Sports Transport logo and brand package.

2015 – 2026

• Co-founded and designed the #1 LDS dating app in the world, responsible for 40,000+ marriages. Served as sole designer for ten years across product, research, brand, and design direction.
• Built the Mutual Design System across three brands and six themes, with semantic tokens and live Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) contrast checks so engineers and AI agents could build accessible, on-brand UI from one source.
• Redesigned onboarding from one long form into a stepped flow with an early exit, validated through in-person testing of two competing concepts. The result: 97% completed the full profile and about 80% completed verification after it was folded into onboarding.
• Helped grow Mutual from a scrappy startup into a multi-million-dollar business, working part-time for five years before moving full-time in 2021. Shipped nearly every customer-facing and brand surface.

2023 – 2026

• Launched a second dating app by white-labeling Mutual; Ark is now one of the top 5 Christian dating apps in the App Store. Built and maintained dual design systems feeding parallel codebases, and owned research, brand, and product design end to end.

2019 – 2021

• Designed and researched payment processing, discount-code, and analytics experiences for the web team, streamlining checkout and discount flows so customers could complete orders and receive earned offers.
• Built Nu Skin's first Figma design system and led the design team's migration from Sketch. Partnered with engineering to form the first DevOps team and establish a shared system for designers and developers.

2014 – 2019

• Shipped product work for dozens of clients at a UX-focused studio, including 3D roof-scanning drone tools, healthcare portals and dashboards, card decks, and event experiences.
